En tant que Team Leader Accounts Payable, vous assurez la coordination quotidienne de l’équipe chargée de la comptabilité fournisseurs. Vous garantissez un traitement correct, ponctuel et conforme des factures, paiements et différentes opérations liées aux fournisseurs.

Vous combinez gestion opérationnelle, accompagnement d’équipe et amélioration des processus au sein d’un environnement international actif dans le secteur aérien et logistique.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Coordonner quotidiennement les activités de l’équipe Accounts Payable.
  • Organiser et répartir la charge de travail entre les membres de l’équipe.
  • Encadrer, accompagner et développer les collaborateurs.
  • Favoriser une dynamique d’équipe collaborative et orientée vers la qualité.
  • Garantir le traitement correct et ponctuel des factures fournisseurs.
  • Superviser la préparation et l’exécution des paiements.
  • Veiller au respect des procédures internes.
  • Garantir le respect des échéances administratives et financières.
  • Contrôler la fiabilité des données enregistrées dans les systèmes financiers et ERP.
  • Assurer le suivi des comptes fournisseurs.
  • Intervenir comme point de contact pour les dossiers complexes.
  • Analyser et résoudre les écarts de facturation.
  • Répondre aux demandes des fournisseurs.
  • Coordonner les questions opérationnelles avec les départements Finance, Achats et Opérations.
  • Collaborer avec les différentes parties prenantes internes.
  • Suivre les performances du processus Accounts Payable.
  • Préparer les reportings liés à la comptabilité fournisseurs.
  • Participer au développement et au renforcement des contrôles internes.
  • Identifier les risques et les éventuelles anomalies financières.
  • Transformer les difficultés opérationnelles en actions d’amélioration structurelles.
  • Contribuer à l’automatisation et à l’optimisation des processus.
  • Garantir la qualité du service et le respect des délais.
  • Veiller à la confidentialité et à la protection des données financières.
  • Vous disposez d’un bachelier en comptabilité, finance, gestion ou d’une expérience équivalente.
  • Vous possédez plus de trois ans d’expérience en Accounts Payable, comptabilité fournisseurs ou finance opérationnelle.
  • Une première expérience en coordination d’équipe, supervision ou leadership opérationnel constitue un atout important.
  • Vous connaissez les processus liés à la comptabilité fournisseurs.
  • Vous maîtrisez les flux de paiement et les principes de conformité financière.
  • Vous disposez d’une bonne connaissance des contrôles internes.
  • Vous maîtrisez Office 365.
  • Vous possédez une très bonne connaissance d’Excel.
  • La connaissance d’un système ERP constitue un atout.
  • Une expérience avec des outils d’automatisation Accounts Payable est appréciée.
  • Une connaissance des environnements logistiques, aériens ou internationaux représente un plus.
  • Vous maîtrisez l’anglais à un niveau B2 minimum, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.
  • Vous travaillez avec rigueur, précision et organisation.
  • Vous savez gérer plusieurs priorités et échéances simultanément.
  • Vous disposez d’excellentes capacités de communication écrite et orale.
  • Vous adoptez un leadership de proximité.
  • Vous êtes capable de coordonner, motiver et accompagner une équipe.
  • Vous possédez un bon esprit d’analyse.
  • Vous identifiez rapidement les écarts et recherchez des solutions durables.
  • Vous êtes orienté résultats, qualité de service et amélioration continue.
  • Vous faites preuve de réactivité face aux demandes internes et externes.
  • Vous traitez les informations financières avec confidentialité et discrétion.
