Description

En tant que Lead Developer & Team Manager, vous jouerez un rôle clé au sein de notre équipe de développement. Vous combinerez les responsabilités techniques d'un lead developer avec celles d'un manager d'équipe. Vous superviserez et participerez activement au développement de projets, allouerez les ressources et assurerez la croissance et la performance de votre équipe.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Leadership Technique : Diriger l'équipe dans la conception, la mise en œuvre et la maintenance de solutions logicielles. Contribuer activement au développement de code et résoudre des problèmes complexes.
  • Gestion d'Équipe : Recruter, former et encadrer les développeurs. Définir et suivre les objectifs, offrir des retours constructifs.
  • Planification et Coordination : Élaborer des plans de projet avec les parties prenantes. Coordonner l'équipe pour garantir les livraisons ponctuelles et de qualité.
  • Collaboration Interfonctionnelle : Travailler avec l'équipe projet pour assurer la cohérence et la réussite des initiatives.
  • Veille Technologique : Se tenir informé des tendances et des meilleures pratiques pour une approche innovante.
  • Discipline de Développement : Mettre en place et améliorer le pipeline de développement, la vélocité, le suivi et la productivité.

Exigences

  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en développement Java, avec expertise en Spring et React.
  • Expérience en gestion d'équipe, recrutement et développement de talents.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et leadership.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
  • Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais. La connaissance du néerlandais et/ou de l'italien est un plus.
