The posting

Notre client, organisation belge disposant de sites répartis dans tout le pays, active dans la distribution de solutions pour salles de bains, chauffage et énergies renouvelables, recherche activement un Team Leader en Logistique (H/F/X).

En tant que Team Leader Logistique, vous supervisez les opérations quotidiennes d’un dépôt logistique non robotisé et garantissez la performance, la sécurité et la qualité du service. Vous encadrez une équipe opérationnelle, optimisez les processus internes et assurez une coordination fluide entre réception, préparation, stockage et expédition.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Supervision opérationnelle : Encadrer, motiver et accompagner l’équipe logistique au quotidien.
  • Gestion des priorités : Organiser les activités selon les urgences, volumes et contraintes internes.
  • Optimisation des processus : Améliorer les flux, méthodes de travail et standards opérationnels dans un environnement non robotisé.
  • Suivi des KPI : Garantir le respect des délais, de la qualité et des objectifs de productivité.
  • Sécurité et conformité : Veiller à l’application stricte des règles de sécurité, stockage et manutention.
  • Communication interne : Assurer le lien entre les équipes, le management et les autres départements.
  • Gestion administrative : Suivi des présences, rapports d’activité, incidents, inventaires.

Vos atouts pour la fonction :

  • Expérience en logistique non robotisée : Vous avez déjà optimisé ou implémenté des processus dans un dépôt manuel.
  • Leadership de terrain : Capacité à fédérer, coacher et structurer une équipe.
  • Bilinguisme FR/NL : Indispensable pour la communication interne.
  • Flexibilité horaire : À l’aise avec les shifts alternés.
  • Orientation solutions : Pragmatique, organisé(e), résistant(e) au stress.
  • Maîtrise des outils logistiques : ERP, WMS, reporting.
