Jullie bespreken wat goed gaat, wat beter kan en welke tickets niet helemaal naar verwachting zijn afgehandeld. Daarna controleer je alle klachten van de lopende maand op mogelijke patiëntveiligheidsrisico's. Waar nodig stem je af met het Complaint Team of Quality Assurance. Je spreekt met diverse klanten over issues of kleinere projecten, zoals servermigraties. Als laatste overleg je nog kort met de productmanager over je bevindingen naar aanleiding van die ene meeting en bespreek je de beste route naar een werkbare oplossing. Je team werkt redelijk zelfstandig, dus iedereen weet goed wat er gedaan moet worden. Tussen de meetings door beantwoord je e-mails, vul je tickets aan met aanvullende informatie en lopen collega's regelmatig langs met vragen. In deze functie verbind je je team, klanten en andere afdelingen met elkaar en werk je continu aan het totaalplaatje tussen klant en Fysicon. Als Team Leader Services bij Fysicon ben jij ook de collega die: - Tijdens (hoog)urgente issues mede verantwoordelijk is voor de communicatie en informatievoorziening richting klanten. - Verantwoordelijk is voor de Servicedesk Registratie Tool (SRT). - Actief deelneemt aan projecten waarbij de inzet van het serviceteam gewenst is. - Bijdraagt aan het opstellen en onderhouden van dienst- en procesdocumentatie en werkinstructies voor het team. - Klachten en incidenten beoordeelt, trends signaleert en mogelijke patiëntveiligheidsrisico's identificeert. - Commerciële kansen bij klanten signaleert en deze onderbrengt op de juiste plek binnen de organisatie.
