Tijdens dit traject word je gedurende één jaar begeleid via opleidingen, coaching en praktijkgerichte opdrachten. Zo krijg je de kans om alle vaardigheden te ontwikkelen die nodig zijn om door te groeien tot een volwaardige Team Leader Night Ops.

Jouw takenpakket (onder begeleiding)

•Je houdt toezicht op een area in de Sort en organiseert, coördineert en leidt een team Loader Sorters zodat de operationele doelstellingen dagelijks behaald worden.

•Je bent bereid om een Performance Dialogue te geven voor een team.

•Je verzamelt dagelijks alle noodzakelijke operationele informatie (via de dagelijkse Sort Operations Memo en door het bijwonen van de dagelijkse supervisorsmeeting) en analyseert vervolgens deze gegevens om het werk zo efficiënt mogelijk te organiseren. Je geeft de info door aan je teamleden

.•Je kijkt erop toe dat alle handelingen van je team gebeuren volgens de gangbare veiligheids- en kwaliteitsprocedures.

•Dagelijks schrijf je een rapport met alle informatie over de operationele activiteiten.

•Wanneer je een afwezige Loader Sorter op je area vervangt neem je deze taken ook ten volle op.

•Werken in overeenstemming met de interne kwaliteitsprocessen en – procedues en wettelijke vereisten,

•Je beheerst het Nederlands perfect en Engels goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

•Je bent een voorbeeld voor je team en je presteert vlot onder tijdsdruk.

•Je bent flexibel volgens operationele noden. Je bent bereid om in alle nachtshiften te werken.

•Je hebt oog voor detail en je communiceert vlot, correct en open.
