JYSK is een sterk groeiende Retail keten met meer dan 3.000 winkels in 50 landen. Om deze uitbreiding logistiek te ondersteunen wordt in Lelystad het 10e distributiecentrum gebouwd. De bouw is in volle gang en we verwachten dat het distributiecentrum begin 2027 operationeel zal zijn. Maar dat betekent natuurlijk niet dat we tot die tijd stil zitten! Momenteel word er hard gewerkt in onze tijdelijke distributiecentrum om de overgang naar het nieuwe distributiecenter zo soepel mogelijk te maken. Hiervoor zoeken wij een team leider avonddienst die barst van de energie, een echte hands-on mentaliteit heeft en graag nieuwe uitdagingen aangaat. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van een efficiënte logistieke stroom. Dit kan in de Outbound-afdeling of de Online-afdeling zijn. Je leidt en ontwikkelt een team van magazijnmedewerkers terwijl je nauw samenwerkt met de afdelingsmanager en andere betrokkenen. De werktijden zijn momenteel maandag t/m vrijdag van 15:00 - 00:00. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden In het magazijn - Zorg voor een soepel en efficiënt proces van begin tot eind - Zorg voor correcte en efficiënte laad- en documentatiestroom - Coördineer en zorg voor tijdige transportreserveringen - Zorg ervoor dat alle relevante operationele informatie duidelijk wordt gecommuniceerd en opgevolgd Teammanagement & DC-operaties - Leid, motiveer en ontwikkel je team van operationeel personeel - Zorg voor een veilige en positieve werkomgeving - Werk samen met de afdelingsmanager aan persoonlijke ontwikkelingsplannen - Bied duidelijke structuur in taken, verantwoordelijkheden en verwachtingen - Ondersteun de onboarding en training van nieuwe medewerkers - Coördineer personeelsmiddelen ove...
