Das Arbeitsmarktservice Bruck/Mur übernimmt für genannten Betrieb eine Vorauswahl 1 Team-Leitung Service (m/w/d) Vollzeit Ganzjahresstelle Waldpark Hochreiter Teichalm

Im Waldpark Hochreiter verbinden wir Natur, Tiere, Abenteuer und unvergessliche Familienerlebnisse. Für unseren Gastronomiebetrieb suchen wir ab April 2027 eine engagierte Teamleitung Service (m/w/d), die den operativen Servicebereich professionell führt und gemeinsam mit ihrem Team für begeisterte Gäste sorgt.

Deine Aufgaben

* Führung des Service-Teams und Erstellung der Dienstpläne

* Operative Mitarbeit im Servicebereich

* Einschulung und Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter:innen

* Verantwortung für Kassa und Tagesabrechnungen

* Sicherstellung der Warenverfügbarkeit sowie Durchführung von Bestellungen

* Kalkulation von Speisen und Getränken

* Schnittstelle zwischen Service und Küche

* Sicherstellung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards

* Selbstständiges Öffnen und Schließen des Betriebs

* Unterstützung und Mitdenken im Shop- und Tierparkbereich

* Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen (z. B. Kassensystem) und Umsetzung neuer Ideen

* Den Überblick behalten, auch wenn es einmal turbulent wird

* Führungsstärke und Organisationstalent

* Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Hausverstand, Engagement und Teamgeist

* Freude am Umgang mit Gästen

* Interesse an Gastronomie und Dienstleistung

* Idealerweise Erfahrung im Service oder in einer Führungsfunktion

* Führerschein und eigene Mobilität von Vorteil, da die Teichalm nicht direkt an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz angebunden ist

Entlohnung
