Je komt terecht binnen een gevestigde Belgische advies- en accountancyomgeving met een brede regionale verankering. De organisatie investeert sterk in kennisdeling, professionele ontwikkeling en een werkcultuur waarin autonomie en samenwerking elkaar versterken.

Deze functie biedt de mogelijkheid om zowel een klantenportefeuille als een team aan te sturen. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van dossiers, begeleidt medewerkers in hun groei en levert inhoudelijke meerwaarde aan ondernemingen uit uiteenlopende sectoren.

Team manager - Functieomschrijving:

  • Je coördineert een team van accountants, stimuleert hun ontwikkeling en zorgt voor een efficiënte samenwerking waarbij coaching en kennisdeling centraal staan.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van complexe klantendossiers, voert diepgaande analyse uit op financiële cijfers en formuleert onderbouwde aanbevelingen voor ondernemers en interne stakeholders.
  • Je detecteert tijdig risico's, stuurt bijzondere opdrachten aan en vertaalt beleidsdoelstellingen naar een concrete werking binnen het team.

Team manager - Profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of masteropleiding binnen accountancy, fiscaliteit of een aanverwante financiële richting, aangevuld met een sterke vaktechnische bagage.
  • Je kan terugvallen op minimaal zes jaar ervaring binnen een fiduciaire of accountancyomgeving en voelt je comfortabel in een adviserende rol richting ondernemers.
  • Je combineert een uitgesproken leiderschap met ondernemerschap, digitale vaardigheden en een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands.
