We adviseren bedrijven over de communicatie bij veranderingen én zorgen ervoor dat hun medewerkers betrokken en geïnformeerd blijven. Maar het blijft niet bij adviseren! We produceren ook alle communicatie-uitingen in huis. Denk aan volledige interne tv-uitzendingen, evenementen, nieuwsbrieven, personeelsbladen en animatievideo's. Van tekst tot video, van vormgeving tot animatie. Voor wie de La Plume'ers dat doen? Voor supertoffe klanten als GLS, ASML, KLM Catering Services, Abbott, Ronduit Onderwijs, ABN AMRO en Vreugdenhil. JIJ! La Plume Media is op zoek naar een teammanager voor het team Communicatieadvies & Tekst. In die rol ben je 25% van je tijd verantwoordelijk voor de planning en bezetting van het twaalfkoppige team van adviseurs en tekstschrijvers. Je bereidt de performance reviews voor, beoordeelt verlofaanvragen en stemt planningen af met de teammanagers van de andere twee teams. De andere 75% van je tijd sta je lekker met de voeten in de klei als communicatie-adviseur interne communicatie. Je bent in die rol het aanspreekpunt van een of meerdere klanten, werkt communicatieplannen uit, en adviseert en coördineert de uitvoering van de plannen. Hierin ben je verantwoordelijk voor het stakeholdermanagement, het aansturen van de interne teams, en het managen van budget, tijd en scope van de door jou ontwikkelde plannen en projecten.
