Jobbeschreibung

* Selbstständige Durchführung von Revisionsprüfungen im In- und Ausland gemäß Revisionsplan in Abstimmung mit der Leitung der Internen Revision/Konzernrevision, mit Fokus auf allgemeine Geschäftsprozesse und organisatorische Abläufe

* Durchführung formeller und materieller Prüfungen der Geschäftsprozesse, Bewertung bestehender Kontrollmechanismen sowie Identifizierung von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Formulierung von Handlungsempfehlungen

* Erstellung von Revisionsberichten, Ableitung notwendiger Maßnahmen und Empfehlungen sowie Begleitung von Follow-Ups zur Umsetzung der vorgeschlagenen Maßnahmen

* Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Geschäftsprozessen und Beratung der Fachbereiche zu verschiedenen organisatorischen und prozessbezogenen Fragestellungen

* Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung interner Richtlinien, Vorgaben und Vorlagen für die Revisionstätigkeit im Konzern

Anforderungen

Fachliche Qualifikation

* Abgeschlossenes oder weit fortgeschrittenes Studium (Uni/FH) im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Rechtswissenschaften oder Ähnliches

* Berufserfahrung oder Praktika in einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit (z.B. Interne Revision oder Wirtschaftsprüfung) und/oder Branche wünschenswert

* Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und Kenntnisse in anderen Analysetools von Vorteil

* Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift, BKS Sprachen von Vorteil

Ein gutes Kommunikations- und Kooperationsvermögen im Team sowie ein großes persönliches Interesse an bereichsübergreifenden Tätigkeiten und rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen

In der Internen Revision erwartet Sie ein Umfeld, in dem Ihre Expertise geschätzt wird und in dem Sie Verantwortung übernehmen können.

Durch das nahe Tätigkeitsfeld zu Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat sowie das breitgefächerte Aufgabengebiet bietet die Interne Revision Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten und enormes fachliches und persönliches Entwicklungspotenzial.

Wir besetzen diese Position für 20 Stunden/Woche ab sofort, befristet bis 30.06.2027. Ein abweichender Eintrittstermin lässt sich gerne nach Absprache vereinbaren.

Für eine 38,5-Stunden-Woche beträgt das Jahresbruttogehalt mindestens € 51.358,86 (Funktionsgruppe VI - Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte des Innendienstes der Versicherungsunternehmen).

Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt wird individuell festgelegt und berücksichtigt Ihre bisherigen Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen.
