Als Atlassian Solution Consultant help je organisaties hun samenwerking en processen te verbeteren door slimme, schaalbare tooling rond Jira en andere Atlassian producten.

Je analyseert hoe teams vandaag werken en vertaalt dit naar efficiënte digitale workflows. Je zorgt voor de implementatie, configuratie en optimalisatie van tools zoals Jira en Confluence en begeleidt gebruikers in hun adoptie.

Je combineert technische kennis met consulting skills en fungeert als belangrijke schakel tussen business en IT. Je denkt actief mee over procesverbetering en zorgt ervoor dat oplossingen niet alleen technisch correct zijn, maar ook écht gebruikt worden in de praktijk.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Implementeren, configureren en optimaliseren van Atlassian tools zoals Jira, Jira Service Management en Confluence
  • Analyseren van bedrijfsprocessen en vertalen naar praktische oplossingen
  • Adviseren van klanten over best practices in workflow- en procesoptimalisatie
  • Begeleiden van gebruikers bij adoptie en gebruik van tools
  • Geven van trainingen en duidelijke uitleg aan verschillende teams
  • Oplossen van functionele en technische problemen
  • Fungeren als brug tussen business en IT
  • Meewerken aan continue verbetering van processen en samenwerking

Profiel

  • 2 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring in IT-consulting, implementatie of procesoptimalisatie
  • Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met Atlassian tools, bij voorkeur Jira
  • Ervaring met implementatie en configuratie (niet enkel als eindgebruiker)
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte mindset
  • In staat om complexe materie helder en eenvoudig uit te leggen
  • Zelfstandig, matuur en comfortabel in klantomgevingen
  • Vloeiend Nederlands
  • Woonachtig in centraal België met bereidheid tot verplaatsingen
