Forum Food Mouscron recherche un Team Supervisor Logistics, vous contribuez directement à la performance des opérations d’expédition. Rattaché(e) au Logistics Manager, vous supervisez les opérateurs du stockage automatisé et les outbound logistics officers, tout en assurant une organisation efficace des activités quotidiennes.

Vos missions principales :

  • Garantir la fluidité des flux logistiques et le respect des délais d’expédition.
  • Superviser le stockage automatisé et optimiser les chargements.
  • Organiser et répartir les tâches selon les priorités opérationnelles.
  • Encadrer, accompagner et développer les équipes sur le terrain.
  • Gérer les incidents (blocages, anomalies système, retards) et assurer le suivi des performances.
  • Coordonner les activités avec la production, le planning, le transport, la qualité et le service client.
  • Veiller au respect des standards QHSE, à la conformité des opérations (traçabilité, FIFO/FEFO) et contribuer aux démarches d’amélioration continue.
  • Formation en logistique ou expérience équivalente, avec minimum 2 ans en supervision.
  • Bonne maîtrise des normes qualité et sécurité (HACCP, 5S) et des outils logistiques (ERP, WMS, MFCS).
  • Une expérience en stockage automatisé est un atout.
  • Leadership naturel, capacité à encadrer et mobiliser une équipe.
  • Esprit structuré, analytique et orienté solutions.
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles et aisance en environnement dynamique.
  • Maîtrise du français ; le néerlandais et/ou l’anglais constitue un plus.
