Das erwartet dich

* Fakturierung und teilweise Unterstützung des Teams in allen organisatorischen Belangen, sodass das Tagesgeschäft läuft

* Erstellung von Honorarnoten, Berichten, Angeboten und Präsentationen

* Arbeitsentlastung durch digitale Tools wie TPA Connect (elektronischen Kundenportal mit OCR-Erkennung und automatisierter Bank- und Belegverbuchung

Das bringst du mit

* eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung auf Maturaniveau (zum Beispiel HAK oder HBLA)

* mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Assistenzbereich idealerweise bei einem Rechtsanwalt oder in der Steuerberatung

* Organisationstalent und Stressresistenz

* ausgezeichneten Umgangsformen und Serviceorientierung

* vertrauliche Behandlung von sensiblen Daten sowie Verschwiegenheit

* hervorragende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie ein routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office

* idealerweise Erfahrung mit BMD-Fakturierungsmodul
