Over Convins Convins is een jonge, commerciële en gedreven marketing- en salesorganisatie, gevestigd in Apeldoorn, Utrecht, Alicante en Valencia (Spanje). Convins houdt zich met name bezig met het maken van B2B-bezoekafspraken voor accountmanagers van onze opdrachtgevers. Convins is een ambitieuze organisatie en maakt op dit moment een enorme groeifase door. Voor ons moderne kantoor in Apeldoorn en Utrecht zijn we op zoek naar Teamcaptains die naast hun eigen commerciële werkzaamheden ook een team van circa 6 personen kunnen aansturen. Wat vragen wij? - Allereerst ben je meewerkend voorman en neem je actief deel aan het primaire proces in de rol van Inside Sales Medewerker - Naast die rol in het primaire proces krijg je ook tijd en ruimte om een team van circa 6 personen aan te sturen - Voor dat team ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt en de vraagbaak, maar ook degene die monitort op KPI's zoals de aantallen ingeplande afspraken en de kwaliteit - Directe rapportage aan de operationeel manager van de vestiging (wekelijkse meeting) - Coachen en trainen van de personen op je kamer - Motiveren en enthousiasmeren van je team Voor deze functie zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven persoonlijkheid met mbo+, die ook leiding durft te geven. Iemand die van aanpakken weet, accuraat en nauwkeurig is, maar ook snel werkt en het overzicht weet te behouden. Je moet tegen een beetje stress en hectiek kunnen en verder vooral flexibel zijn en samen met ons willen pionieren in een jonge organisatie. Je bent analytisch, leergierig, commercieel, communicatief en ambitieus, wat jou op het lijf is geschreven. Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in de contactcenterbranche en affiniteit met IT en je bent ook bereid om "met de voeten in de klei" te starten. V...
