Wie zijn we?

Het Finance Team van CAW Antwerpen bestaat uit 14 collega’s, waarvan 5 collega’s de boekhouding verzorgen. Samen is dit team verantwoordelijk voor de financiële ondersteuning van een 60-tal werkingen.

CAW Antwerpen is een grote en dynamische sociale organisatie. Ons kernidee is dat mensen uitsluiten altijd negatief is. Samen met ruim 1000 medewerkers en onze partners zetten we alles op alles om zoveel mogelijk mensen aan boord van de samenleving te houden.

Om eerlijk te zijn: we zijn trots op wat we doen! En we zoeken een Teamcoördinator Accountancy om de teams van het CAW nog beter bij te staan, om de structuur van de afdeling te verbeteren en het overzicht over de rapportages en deadlines te bewaren.

Dit verwachten wij van jou

  • Je zet jouw up to date vakkennis om in de praktijk zodat het boekhoudkundige proces steeds conform is met de laatste juridische wijzigingen.
  • Je waakt over het behalen van de verschillende deadlines en zorgt voor een correcte maand- en jaarafsluiting. Zowel het debiteuren- en crediteurenbeheer als de BTW-administratie ontsnappen niet aan jouw alziend oog.
  • Je slaagt erin “rommelige” data om te zetten in visuele rapportages en formuleert bruikbare inzichten. Zo stimuleer je een cultuur waar medewerkers met behulp van data kunnen leren, delen en samenwerken.
  • Je geeft richting zodat het voor alle teamleden (5) duidelijk is wat de vooropgestelde doelstellingen zijn en je motiveert jouw team om deze te halen.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de Financieel Directeur voor alle boekhoudkundige vragen en geeft daarbij gericht advies.
  • Je rapporteert aan de Financieel Directeur.
  • Je staat voor participatief leiderschap en hebt noties van Innovatieve Arbeidsorganisatie.
  • Je steekt graag je handen uit de mouwen en aarzelt niet om operationeel in te springen wanneer nodig.
  • Verandering en evolutie? Daar ben jij grote voorstander van.
  • Je kan jezelf en anderen stimuleren en motiveren tot persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
  • Je bent van nature optimistisch en humor is je niet vreemd.
  • Je kent diverse financiële toepassingen als je broekzak (bv. AXI, First, ISABEL, Tableau, …)
  • Je hebt een stevige ervaring (minstens 8 jaar) in boekhouding van A tot Z en hebt je als leidinggevende of project manager reeds bewezen.
