Geef mee richting aan een commercieel binnendienstteam

Wil je jouw ervaring binnen een commerciële binnendienst combineren met het coachen van collega's? In deze functie krijg je de kans om een team operationeel te ondersteunen, processen te optimaliseren en mee te bouwen aan een sterke klantgerichte dienstverlening binnen een internationale onderneming. Je krijgt daarbij een grondige opleiding en de ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

Jouw taken

Als Teamcoördinator Commerciële Binnendienst combineer je een operationele functie met een coördinerende rol.

Je staat onder meer in voor:

  • Het dagelijks aansturen en ondersteunen van het binnendienstteam.
  • Het verdelen van de werkzaamheden en bewaken van de prioriteiten.
  • Het begeleiden, coachen en geven van constructieve feedback aan collega's.
  • Het stimuleren van samenwerking en kennisdeling binnen het team.
  • Het opvolgen van de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en de samenwerking met andere afdelingen.
  • De administratieve opvolging van commerciële dossiers.
  • Het onderhouden van contacten met klanten via telefoon en e-mail.
  • Het correct verwerken van commerciële afspraken en gegevens in de systemen.
  • Het opvolgen van klantgebonden projecten samen met verschillende interne diensten.
  • Het vormen van de schakel tussen klanten, sales en ondersteunende afdelingen om een vlotte dienstverlening te garanderen.

Wie ben jij?

Dit is belangrijk

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in een leidinggevende of coördinerende functie.
  • Je communiceert vlot in meerdere talen; kennis van het Duits is een vereiste.
  • Je werkt vlot met Microsoft Office.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en volgt dossiers nauwkeurig op.
  • Je behoudt het overzicht wanneer verschillende dossiers tegelijk lopen en stelt gemakkelijk prioriteiten.

Mooi meegenomen

  • Ervaring met een ERP-systeem, bij voorkeur SAP.
  • Inzicht in commerciële en administratieve processen binnen een internationale omgeving.
