Dit kun je verwachten: - Een salaris wat past bij jouw ervaring, oplopend tot €3560,- op fulltime basis, afhankelijk van je ervaring. - Een functie voor 32 tot 40 uur per week en uitzicht op een vast contract. - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,25 per kilometer vanaf de eerste kilometer, tot maximaal 50 kilometer enkele reis. - Een extra beloning bij positieve bedrijfsresultaten en ruime opleidings- en ontwikkelmogelijkheden. - Een verjaardagscadeau ter waarde van €50 en een actieve personeelsvereniging. Functieomschrijving In jouw rol als Teamcoördinator Facturatie houd je grip op facturen, exportdocumenten en de bijbehorende administratieve processen. Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor het team, houdt de dagelijkse planning in de gaten en hebt veel contact met verkoop, planning en debiteurenbeheer. Ook schakel je met externe partijen zoals KCB, de douane en de Kamer van Koophandel. Ondertussen kijk je steeds waar processen efficiënter kunnen en hoe de afdeling verder kan groeien. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het coördineren en gereedmaken van transport-, export- en douanedocumenten. - Daarnaast controleer en verwerk je facturen aan de hand van zendingen, gemaakte prijsafspraken en geldende voorschriften. - Binnen het team verdeel je de werkzaamheden en zorg je ervoor dat de dagelijkse planning wordt bewaakt. - Ook herken je verbeterkansen in bestaande processen en werk je samen met collega's aan efficiëntere werkwijzen. - Tot slot zorg je dat facturatiegegevens, klantinformatie en transporttarieven actueel blijven en pak je dagelij...
