The posting

Wase Werkplaats is een toonaangevend maatwerkbedrijf met drie divisies, W-technics , W-pharma en W-green.

Verspreid over verschillende regio’s en met een verscheidenheid aan werk, bieden we kansen aan mensen met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt.

Wij werken in een sociaaleconomische en competitieve context en kunnen vertrouwen op 800 enthousiaste medewerkers om kwaliteit te leveren aan onze klanten.

In onze divisie W-technics zijn wij actief in verpakken, labelen en technische montage.

Daarnaast werken we ook 'inhouse' bij verschillende bedrijven, dit heet enclavewerk. Dit houdt in dat onze teamcoaches samen met een ploeg van maatwerkers op de werkvloer van klanten, de productie-opdracht gaan ondersteunen.

Teamcoach voor W-technics en enclaves

Wat doe je als teamcoach ?

  • Efficiënt organiseren van werkposten en verdelen van taken.
  • Dagelijks rapporteren aan de unitmanager over de voortgang.
  • Motiveren en coachen van het team, inclusief evaluatie- en ontwikkelingsgesprekken.
  • Het ontwikkelen van medewerkers door nieuwe taken en verantwoordelijkheden toe te kennen, afgestemd op hun capaciteiten en interesses.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor nauwkeurige administratie.
  • Klantcontacten onderhouden en samenwerking bevorderen.

Wat zijn jouw troeven?

  • Je handelt steeds vanuit onze kernwaarden: positieve focus, teamwork en vertrouwen.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in een leidinggevende functie.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om je regelmatig te verplaatsen om op enclave te werken. Deze bevinden zich momenteel op volgende locaties : Zele, Buggenhout, Lebbeke, Beveren, Evergem, Temse en Sint-Niklaas.
  • Je bent een sterke coach met een hart voor mensen met een arbeidsbeperking.
  • Administratief werk ligt je goed, en je gaat altijd nauwkeurig te werk.
  • Eigen vervoer.
