Meat&More is een voedingsbedrijf uit Aalter met meer dan 30 jaar ervaring. We zijn gestart als vleesspecialist, maar intussen bieden we ook een breed assortiment van maaltijden aan. Bij Meat&More beheren we de volledige keten onder hetzelfde dak: van productieproces tot in onze winkelpunten van Buurtslagers en Bon'Ap. Aan de slag als teamcoach industriële reiniging

Als teamcoach industriële reiniging ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van onze reinigingsploeg tijdens de nacht.

  • Je coördineert en organiseert de dagelijkse reinigingswerkzaamheden volgens de vooropgestelde planning.
  • Je stuurt interne en externe medewerkers aan en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking.
  • Je waakt over de correcte uitvoering van reinigings- en desinfectieprocedures.
  • Je garandeert de naleving van kwaliteits-, voedselveiligheids- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Je coacht medewerkers op de werkvloer en ondersteunt hun verdere ontwikkeling.
  • Je verzorgt de administratieve opvolging van de afdeling.
  • Je bewaakt de vooropgestelde KPI's.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de teamleader reiniging.
  • Je werkt actief mee op de werkvloer en steekt zelf de handen uit de mouwen.

Hierin herken je jezelf

  • Ervaring - Je hebt leidinggevende ervaring, bij voorkeur binnen industriële reiniging.
  • Voedingssector - Ervaring binnen een productie- of voedingsomgeving is een pluspunt.
  • Avond-/Nachtwerk - Je werkt graag in een vaste nachtploeg van 18.30 u tot 02.00 u. Op vrijdag werk je van 16.00 u tot 23.00 u.
  • Hygiënisch werken - Kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Leidinggeven - Je bent een natuurlijke coach die medewerkers motiveert en begeleidt.
  • Gestructureerd - Je werkt planmatig, nauwkeurig en behoudt steeds het overzicht.
  • Hands-on - Je neemt initiatief, voelt je thuis in een operationele omgeving en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op.
