Als teamcoach ben jij de spilfiguur op de afdelingen nabewerking en logistiek. Je combineert inspirerend leiderschap met een strakke organisatorische aanpak om te zorgen voor hoogwaardige kwaliteit en een tijdige levering van goederen. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Teamleader Nabewerking-Logistiek.

Een greep uit jouw taken:

  • Begeleiden, motiveren en ondersteunen van de operationele medewerkers als centraal aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer.
  • Stimuleren van een positieve samenwerking en een fijne werksfeer.
  • In kaart brengen van opleidingsbehoeften, verzorgen van trainingen (zoals GMP) en actueel houden van de opleidingsmatrix.
  • Beheren van de verlofplanning in overleg met de Teamlead.
  • Coördineren, plannen en opvolgen van alle logistieke processen en verzendingen voor een stipte oplevering.
  • Opstellen en flexibel bijsturen van de dag- en weekplanning voor de nabewerking op basis van lopende orders.
  • Bewaken van een evenwichtige en efficiënte werkverdeling op de vloer.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met chauffeurs en externe logistieke partners.
  • Waken over de werkkwaliteit en efficiëntie, en bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Naleven en handhaven van organisatorische afspraken, procedures en instructies.
  • Actief bijdragen aan het continu optimaliseren van workflows en werkwijzen.
  • Verwerken van gegevens in het digitale systeem en aanmaken van verzendlabels en bestelbonnen.
  • Verzorgen van heldere interne communicatie en hands-on bijspringen in uitzonderlijke of drukke situaties.
  • Je vervult een voorbeeldfunctie op de werkvloer, hebt affiniteit met een kwaliteitsgerichte productieomgeving en leeft de kwaliteitsregels nauwgezet na.
  • Je bent een flexibele teamspeler met passie voor productie die een team weet te enthousiasmeren en niet twijfelt om de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
  • Goede kennis van MS Office, uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (schrijft en begrijpt feilloos) en een vlotte communicatie richting collega-coaches, de teamleader en de operationeel verantwoordelijke.
  • Bereidheid om te werken in een 2-ploegensysteem: Vroege ploeg: Ma–Do: 05:00 – 13:00 | Vrij: 05:00 – 11:45 Late ploeg: Ma–Do: 13:00 – 21:00 | Vrij: 11:45 – 18:30
  • Dragen van werkkledij. Vanwege veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften zijn make-up en sieraden niet toegestaan op de afdeling.
  • Respecteren van het volledige rookverbod op onze bedrijfsterreinen.
