Onze medewerkers staan klaar om kinderen en jongeren met een motorische beperking in hun thuis- en schoolomgeving te begeleiden. Deze ondersteuning omvat info en advies rond hulpmiddelen, begeleiding en training van vaardigheden. Voor onze teams zoeken we een enthousiaste meewerkend teamcoach.

Jouw rol

Coachen & ondersteunen

  • Je coacht medewerkers in hun professionele groei
  • Je ondersteunt plannings- en evaluatiegesprekken
  • Je hebt actief oog voor het psychosociaal welzijn en bent een nabij aanspreekpunt
  • Je versterkt communicatie, samenwerking en eigenaarschap binnen de teams
  • Je ondersteunt teams om beleid helder te begrijpen en gedragen uit te voeren

Dagelijkse werking & organisatie

  • Je faciliteert en leidt teamoverleg
  • Je helpt teams knelpunten oplossen en doelgericht samenwerken
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor inhoudelijke en praktische vragen en begeleidt hen in het zoeken naar passende antwoorden

Meewerken als mobiel begeleider

  • Je leert cliënten vaardigheden aan met het doel hen zo zelfstandig mogelijk te laten functioneren in zijn eigen leer- en leefomgeving
  • Training van vaardigheden kan op verschillende terreinen: plannen en organisatie, leren zwemmen of fietsen, gebruik specifieke software-digitale hulpmiddelen, ADL-vaardigheden, enz.
  • Je werkt empowerend: je versterkt cliënten én hun netwerk in hun eigen mogelijkheden, zodat jouw ondersteuning stap voor stap minder nodig wordt
  • Je biedt begeleiding in de context van de cliënt en bent hierdoor regelmatig op de baan, afgewisseld door administratieve opvolging waar je rapporteert in het elektronische cliëntdossier
