Als Teamcoach Productie ben jij de spil van ons productieproces. Je staat aan het roer van een team van productiemedewerkers en zorgt ervoor dat onze productieorders efficiënt en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsstandaarden worden uitgevoerd. Wat ga je doen?

Als Teamcoach Productie krijg je de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw team. Je begeleidt hen, zorgt voor hun opleiding en biedt ondersteuning waar nodig.
  • Je bewaakt de taakverdeling binnen het team om ervoor te zorgen dat alles soepel en efficiënt verloopt.
  • Je werkt actief mee in de productie, zodat je een goed inzicht krijgt in de processen en je team optimaal kunt ondersteunen.
  • Je denkt mee over verbeteringen binnen de afdeling, signaleert onregelmatigheden en rapporteert deze tijdig.
  • Je zorgt voor een warme en efficiënte integratie van nieuwe interim-medewerkers, begeleidt hen tijdens hun eerste dagen en helpt hen zich snel thuis te voelen.
  • Als communicatietalent werk je nauw samen met andere teamcoaches, teamleaders en de operationeel verantwoordelijke, en je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de operationeel verantwoordelijke.

We zoeken een teamcoach die:

  • Minimaal een A2-diploma heeft en bereid is om te werken in een 2-ploegensysteem (vroeg/laat).
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit heeft en altijd naar oplossingen denkt.
  • Stressbestendig is en onder druk de rust weet te bewaren.
  • Resultaatgericht werkt en je team inspireert om hun doelen efficiënt te behalen.
  • Kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel draagt en altijd streeft naar de beste standaard.
  • Vloeiend Nederlands spreekt en je goed kunt uitdrukken in het Engels.
