Ben jij een coachende leidinggevende die graag tussen de mensen sen productie staat? Voor een bedrijf gelegen te Hemiksem met 90 jaar ervaring in de productie en toepassingen van koper- en aluminiumdraden en kabels, zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde teamcoach!

Wie zoeken we?

  • Ervaring binnen een productie- of procesomgeving in een leidinggevende of coachende rol.
  • Technische basiskennis van mechanica, elektriciteit, pneumatiek en/of hydraulica.
  • Sterke focus op veiligheid, kwaliteit en samenwerking.
  • People gerichte communicatiestijl en coachende vaardigheden.
  • Organisatorisch sterk, resultaatgericht en besluitvaardig.
  • Integer, verantwoordelijk en empathisch in je leiderschapsstijl.
  • Constructief bijdragen aan veranderingsprocessen en medewerkers hierin op een verbindende manier meenemen.
  • Bereid om in een 3 ploegenstelsel te werken en overschakeling naar 5 ploegen (incl. 2 weekends op 5)

Functieomschrijving

Als Teamcoach Productie stuur je een team van 8 tot 25 medewerkers aan en zorg je voor een veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatieve productie. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer, begeleidt je team in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden en stimuleert een cultuur van samenwerking, veiligheid en continue verbetering.

Je zal instaan voor:

  • Organiseren en opvolgen van de dagelijkse productie.
  • Het optreden als een echte people manager door medewerkers te coachen, motiveren en verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Opstellen van personeelsbezetting en taakverdeling.
  • Voeren van evaluatie- en feedbackgesprekken.
  • Geven van toolboxmeetings om veiligheid, communicatie en betrokkenheid binnen het team te versterken.
  • Oplossen van operationele problemen en opvolgen van verbeteracties.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid, orde en netheid.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende interne diensten om de productiecontinuïteit te garanderen.
  • Actief bijdragen aan een sterke veiligheidscultuur en het stimuleren van het melden van risico's en verbeterpunten.
