Misschien ben je vandaag al een ervaren operator. Misschien stuur je af en toe collega's aan en merk je dat je klaar bent voor meer. In deze job krijg je de kans om die volgende stap echt te zetten. Je werkt dicht bij je team, leert elke dag bij en krijgt het vertrouwen om zelf beslissingen te nemen.

Je hoeft niet alles al onder de knie te hebben. Wie initiatief toont, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en graag met mensen werkt, krijgt hier de ruimte om te groeien.

Wat ga je doen? Als teamcoach / ploegleider begeleid je een ploeg van ongeveer 5 tot 10 productiemedewerkers. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer en zorgt ervoor dat je collega's weten wat er moet gebeuren en zich goed voelen in hun job. Je taken zijn onder andere:

  • Je stuurt je ploeg aan en zorgt dat de samenwerking vlot verloopt
  • Je helpt collega's verder wanneer ze vragen hebben of ergens tegenaan lopen
  • Je coacht medewerkers en geeft op een duidelijke manier feedback
  • Je verwelkomt nieuwe collega's en helpt hen hun job goed aan te leren
  • Je geeft toolboxen en zorgt dat afspraken en informatie duidelijk zijn
  • Je houdt de kwaliteit van het productieproces mee in de gaten
  • Je analyseert storingen en zoekt samen met de technische dienst naar een oplossing
  • Je grijpt in wanneer dat nodig is en durft beslissingen te nemen
  • Je houdt het overzicht tijdens drukke momenten en zorgt dat je ploeg verder kan

Je kan kiezen tussen een 2-ploegenstelsel of een 5-ploegenstelsel.
