Voor Brabantia zoeken we een Teamcoach Productie die niet alleen leiding geeft, maar vooral tussen zijn/haar mensen staat.

Jouw rol: vooral coachen en samenwerken

Als Shiftleader ben jij het aanspreekpunt tijdens jouw shift.

  • stuurt een vast team van productie- en machineoperatoren aan, eventueel aangevuld met uitzendkrachten;
  • verdeelt het werk en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er van hem of haar verwacht wordt;
  • waar nodig spring je bij wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt;
  • motiveert, begeleidt en coacht je collega's;
  • helpt medewerkers om zich verder te ontwikkelen en ondersteunt nieuwe collega's tijdens hun opleiding;
  • houdt de productieplanning in de gaten en zorgt er samen met het team voor dat de doelstellingen worden gehaald;
  • bewaakt veiligheid, kwaliteit, orde en netheid;
  • grijpt in wanneer er storingen, problemen of afwijkingen zijn;
  • zorgt voor een goede communicatie binnen het team en met de andere ploegen;
  • denkt mee over verbeteringen en helpt mee aan initiatieven rond Lean, Kaizen, 5S, A3 en 8D.

We zoeken vooral iemand die graag met mensen werkt en energie krijgt van een team dat samen vooruitgaat.

Je bent iemand die:

  • graag op de werkvloer aanwezig is;
  • mensen kan motiveren en coachen;
  • duidelijk communiceert, maar ook goed kan luisteren;
  • niet bang is om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken;
  • rustig blijft wanneer het druk wordt;
  • verantwoordelijkheid neemt en problemen niet uit de weg gaat;
  • oog heeft voor veiligheid en kwaliteit;
  • ervaring heeft met het aansturen van een productieteam;
  • kan werken in 2-ploegen;
  • affiniteit heeft met een industriële productieomgeving;
  • goed Nederlands spreekt en schrijft.
