Als teamcoach ben jij dé drijvende kracht achter een team van medewerkers met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt. Door coachend leiding te geven ondersteun je bij de kwalitatieve uitvoering van de opdracht, bij het leren, groeien én zelfstandig functioneren.

Je werkt inhouse bij één van onze klanten, waar je met je team inkomende goederen in het magazijn verwerkt en deze oplevert aan de verkoopvloer.

Dit worden jouw taken:

  • Aansturen van een team maatwerkers
  • Zelf meewerken en zo het goede voorbeeld geven.
  • Aanspreekpunt bij logistieke problemen. Je stelt oplossingen voor en voert ze uit.
  • Bewaken van voortgang en kwaliteit bij de uitvoering van alle opdrachten.
  • Toezien op correct en veilig gebruik van eventuele materialen en machines.
  • Je herkent talenten, groeikansen of valkuilen van je teamleden, en zorgt in samenwerking met het team loopbaanbegeleiders voor een gepaste ondersteuning.

Bij deze vacature is zaterdagwerk (voormiddag) inbegrepen. Voltijds of deeltijds? Dit is allemaal bespreekbaar. We denken graag met je mee.

Wij zoeken een mensen-mens! Door jouw emotionele intelligentie ben je goed in empathisch luisteren, conflicten oplossen én verbindend communiceren. Met deze people skills en een positieve werkattitude volgt het aansturen van onze medewerkers volgens de waarden van Stroom maatwerk vanzelf. Daarnaast heb je enige kennis van administratie, structuur en planning. Je denkt klant- en oplossingsgericht!
