Ben jij een gedreven leider met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, klaar voor een nieuwe uitdaging in de logistiek? Voor onze klant in Sint-Niklaas zoeken we een assistent-teamcoach voor het warenhuis.

Stap in deze rol en help mee het team naar succes te leiden!

Als teamcoach warehouse ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse activiteiten in het magazijn van onze vestiging te Sint-Niklaas. Samen met je team van 4 assistent teamcoaches en 35 magazijnmedewerkers zorg je ervoor dat bestellingen van geneesmiddelen en andere farmaceutische producten vlot worden klaargemaakt, zodat ze netjes geleverd kunnen worden bij onze klanten, de apotheken, en dat tot 3 keer per dag.

  • Je zorgt voor een feilloze planning, begeleidt en coacht de Assistent Teamcoaches alsook de magazijnmedewerkers bij het uitvoeren van hun job.
  • Je garandeert dat bestellingen tijdig en op een efficiënte manier worden klaargemaakt, en streeft zo mee naar een uitmuntende service voor onze klanten.
  • Je voert kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel: je checkt procedures, bewaakt de orde en netheid op de werkvloer, en implementeert de requirements van interne en externe kwaliteitsaudits.
  • Je ontwikkelt een scherp inzicht in ons warehousemanagementsysteem, volgt KPI’s op, evalueert de processen en neemt adequate beslissingen die de efficiëntie ten goede komen.
  • Je rapporteert aan de teamleader warehouse.

Als teamcoach slaag je erin om jouw assistent teamcoaches te enthousiasmeren, te coachen en boven zich uit te laten stijgen. Leading by example en groei van mensen staan centraal in jouw aanpak.

  • Je hebt een georganiseerde, nauwkeurige en hands-on manier van werken, mét aandacht voor veiligheid, en kunt probleemloos prioriteiten stellen en beslissing nemen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en je geeft regelmatig bruikbare feedback aan je team. Kunnen zaken beter? Dan willen we dat heel graag van jou horen.
  • Je bent flexibel om te switchen naar de vroege of late shift bij afwezigheid van collega's.
  • Je beschikt over een gezonde dosis ondernemingszin en een can do ingesteldheid.
  • Je bent sterk in digitale IT systemen (MS Office, WMS).
