Als Warehouse Teamleader ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het magazijn. Je leidt en coördineert de dagelijkse activiteiten, zorgt ervoor dat het team efficiënt en kwalitatief werkt binnen de deadlines en veiligheidsnormen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:

  • Dagelijkse monitoring van KPI's en productiviteit, met de mogelijkheid om trends te analyseren en uitleg te geven
  • Leiding geven aan jouw team (12-15 personen) om ervoor te zorgen dat het werk op tijd en volgens de juiste kwaliteitsnormen wordt uitgevoerd
  • Organiseren van dagelijkse werkoverleggen
  • Beheren van aanwezigheid, verlofplanning en prestaties van het team
  • Supervisie en verbetering van operationele en logistieke processen
  • Informeren, trainen en opleiden van medewerkers bij wijzigingen in procedures en werkinstructies
  • Coachen van assistent-teamleiders en evalueren van medewerkers
  • Betrokken zijn bij het wervingsproces en het identificeren van geschikte kandidaten
  • Rapporteren aan de Operations Manager
  • Je wil werken in twee-ploegen (vroege & late)
  • Je bent een People Manager die in staat is om duidelijk te communiceren en medewerkers te motiveren
  • Je hebt ervaring in de logistieke sector
  • Je kan workflows opvolgen in samenspraak met de assistent-teamleaders
  • Het begeleiden van veranderingsprocessen
  • Kennis van het MS-Office pakket
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede Engels talenkennis
