Je maakt deel uit van een enthousiast team dat instaat voor de organistie en de coördinatie van de zorg-en dienstverlening binne ons woonzorghuis.

Je staat samen met het team in voor de organistaie en de coördinatie van de zorg en ondersteuning aan bewoners van een woning voor mensen met dementie.

Je coördineert de zorg voor bewoners met een expliciete vraag voor palliatieve ondersteuning.

Je draagt actief bij aan kwalitieve, warme en bewonersgerichte zorg.

Je stimullert een aangename woon-en leefomgeving waarin het welzijn van de bewoners centraal staat.

Je realiseert de vooropgestelde doelstellingen vanuit een coachende leiderschapsstijl.

Je bevordert de samenwerking tussen de vesrchillende disiplines en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie binnen het team.

Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor diploma verpleegkunde.

Je beschikt over minstens 4 jaar ervaring als verpleegkundige.

Dementiezorg ligt je nauw aan het hart en je hebt een affiniteit met palliatieve zorg.

Een bijkomende opleiding in palliatieve zorg en leidinggeven is een meerwaarde.

Je bent sterk communicatief en weet medewerkers op een positieve manier te motiveren en te begeleiden.

Je bent organisatorisch sterk, werkt gestructureerd en huidt steeds het overzicht.

Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, samenwerking en continue verbetering vna de zorg.

Pluspunten: ervaring in een leidinggevende functie en ervaring binen de palliatieve zorg.
