Binnen het raadsprogramma Zwijndrecht samen vooruit werken we aan ambitieuze opgaven op het gebied van leefbaarheid, veiligheid en dienstverlening. We zijn een platte, informele organisatie waar vakmanschap, eigenaarschap en persoonlijke ontwikkeling centraal staan. Wat ga je doen? Als teamcoördinator Toezicht & Handhaving ben je de operationeel leidinggevende van het cluster Toezicht & Handhaving. Je bent zichtbaar, benaderbaar en betrokken bij het dagelijks werk van het team. Je staat dicht op de uitvoering, coördineert de inzet van mensen en middelen en ondersteunt medewerkers bij complexe handhavingsvraagstukken. Je bent niet iemand die alleen vanuit kantoor leidinggeeft. Je kent de praktijk van toezicht en handhaving, sluit waar nodig aan bij controles en acties en hebt gevoel voor de uitdagingen waar medewerkers dagelijks mee te maken hebben. Juist doordat je dicht bij de operatie staat, weet je wat er nodig is om het team verder te ontwikkelen en resultaten te behalen.
