Naast de dagelijkse aansturing werk je aan beleid, jaarplannen, bedrijfsvoering en keuzes die de afdeling verder brengen. - Projecten krijgen onder jouw leiding daadwerkelijk beweging: van bewaakte bedden en verpleegkundig onderzoek tot vernieuwingen in de patiëntenzorg. - Jouw invloed reikt verder dan de eigen afdeling. Je denkt eenheidsbreed mee en krijgt een actieve rol in de ontwikkeling en vormgeving van het ziekenhuis van de toekomst. - Samenwerken doe je op niveau: met collega-teamhoofden, het verpleegkundig afdelingshoofd, zorgprofessionals en expertteams bepaal je waar verbetering nodig is en hoe je die duurzaam realiseert. Wat ga je doen als Teamhoofd Maag-Darm-Levercentrum? Als teamhoofd geef je richting aan een grote en complexe verpleegkundige organisatie binnen het Maag-Darm-Levercentrum. Samen met twee collega-teamhoofden ben je verantwoordelijk voor ruim 100 verpleegkundigen en 30 leerlingen. Je zorgt dat goede patiëntenzorg, medewerkers, kwaliteit, veiligheid en een gezonde bedrijfsvoering met elkaar in balans blijven. Dat vraagt meer dan het organiseren van de dagelijkse zorg. Je kijkt vooruit, maakt keuzes en creëert de voorwaarden waaronder medewerkers hun werk goed kunnen doen en zich kunnen ontwikkelen. Daarbij krijg je ruimte om, in afstemming met je collega-teamhoofden, aandachtsgebieden en projecten op je te nemen die aansluiten bij jouw ervaring en kracht. In deze rol: - geef je richting aan medewerkers en stimuleer je verpleegkundigen om eigenaarschap en verpleegkundig leiderschap te pakken; - vertaal je ontwikkelingen binnen de afdeling naar beleid, jaarplannen en concrete verbeteringen; - stuur je op personele inzet, kwaliteit, resultaten ...
