Geef vorm aan de toekomst bij Scania als Teamlead SCRM Process & Support Jij zorgt dat het Scania CRM-systeem (SCRM) en onze CRM-processen optimaal bijdragen aan commerciële doelstellingen en de customer journey. Jij bent de verbindende schakel tussen gebruikers en stakeholders in de Benelux én het centrale CRM-team in Zweden. Daarbij vertaal je behoeften naar concrete verbeteringen, creëer je internationaal draagvlak en begeleid je veranderingen van vereisten tot succesvolle adoptie. Daarnaast geef je leiding aan de SCRM Specialist. Als overtuigende Teamlead SCRM Process & Support ben jij daar dé aangewezen persoon voor. Verder houd jij je bezig met het: - Vertalen en prioriteren van business requirements naar concrete CRM-toepassingen en procesverbeteringen - Optimaliseren en harmoniseren van SCRM-processen binnen Nederland, België en Luxemburg. - Vertegenwoordigen van Benelux-belangen binnen de internationale Scania CRM-organisatie. - Begeleiden van releases, testing, communicatie, training en gebruikersadoptie. - Bewaken van datakwaliteit, CRM-governance en de aansluiting met marketing automation.
