Je hebt je strepen verdiend binnen een boekhoud- of accountantskantoor. Technisch sta je sterk, je kunt zelfstandig met klanten rond de tafel en collega's komen vandaag misschien al spontaan bij jou terecht met hun vragen.

Maar je voelt dat je meer in je mars hebt.

Je wilt niet alleen verantwoordelijk zijn voor je eigen dossiers. Je wilt mensen begeleiden, verantwoordelijkheid opnemen, belangrijke klantgesprekken voeren en mee nadenken over hoe een kantoor verder groeit.

Voor een groeiend en mensgericht boekhoudkantoor in de regio Halle zoeken we daarom een Teamlead Accountancy.

Je krijgt een eigen team onder je vleugels en wordt een belangrijke rechterhand van de drie vennoten.

Dat maakt deze functie anders dan een klassieke seniorrol.

We zoeken geen pure people manager die toevallig iets van boekhouding kent.

Je hebt zelf een stevige achtergrond in accountancy en begrijpt wat er leeft bij klanten én collega's.

Je:

  • hebt relevante ervaring binnen een boekhoud- of accountantskantoor;
  • beschikt over een sterke boekhoudkundige en fiscale basis;
  • kunt dossiers zelfstandig van A tot Z begrijpen en opvolgen;
  • kunt zelfstandig klantenbesprekingen voeren;
  • communiceert gemakkelijk en professioneel;
  • krijgt energie van het begeleiden en ontwikkelen van mensen;
  • durft feedback te geven en kunt tegelijk goed luisteren;
  • neemt spontaan verantwoordelijkheid;
  • kunt structuur brengen zonder alles zelf te willen controleren;
  • hebt de maturiteit om als sparringpartner van de drie vennoten te functioneren.

Nog geen officiële Teamlead?

Dat hoeft geen probleem te zijn.

Misschien ben jij vandaag al degene bij wie collega's aankloppen. Misschien begeleid je nieuwe medewerkers, neem je spontaan complexere dossiers over of voer je steeds vaker belangrijke klantgesprekken.
