Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?

Als Teamleader ben jij verantwoordelijk voor volgende zaken:

  • Je coördineert en begeleidt een team van (junior) advisors;
  • Hun werk wordt door jou gecontroleerd en indien nodig aangepast;
  • Op regelmatige basis rapporteer je aan de kantoorverantwoordelijke over de werkzaamheden binnen jouw team;
  • Je onderhoudt het contact met de klant door het verlenen van advies en toelichting;
  • Je zorgt voor het behalen van deadlines en evalueert jouw team;

Wie ben jij?

  • Iemand met minstens een aantal jaarervaring als dossierbeheerder binnen accountancy en de nodige fiscale kennis;
  • Goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal is een must;
  • Je hebt zin om een team van accountants onder je vleugels te nemen;
  • ITAA titel is een sterk pluspunt;
  • Een bachelor of master Accountancy is een must, idealiter met extra scholing in Fiscaliteit;
  • Je bent digital minded;
  • 'Going the extra mile' is jouw motto;
