Functieomschrijving Als Teamlead Accountancy combineer je vaktechnische expertise met mensgericht leiderschap. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor een team van dossierbeheerders en zorgt ervoor dat zowel klanten als collega's kunnen rekenen op kwaliteit, ondersteuning en professioneel advies.

Jouw rol:

  • Het begeleiden, coachen en ondersteunen van een team van accountants.
  • Het opvolgen en reviewen van complexe dossiers en fiscale vraagstukken.
  • Het fungeren als sparringpartner voor ondernemers en KMO-klanten.
  • Het bewaken van kwaliteit, deadlines en een efficiënte werking binnen het team.
  • Het actief bijdragen aan de verdere groei en ontwikkeling van medewerkers.

Je behoudt voldoende voeling met de inhoud, maar krijgt tegelijk de ruimte om een echte trekkersrol op te nemen binnen het kantoor. Je bent iemand die inhoudelijke expertise combineert met maturiteit en natuurlijk leiderschap. Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je beschikt over meerdere jaren ervaring binnen accountancy of fiduciaire dienstverlening.
  • Je bent sterk in klantenadvies en voelt je comfortabel in gesprekken met ondernemers.
  • Je haalt energie uit het begeleiden en laten groeien van collega's.
  • Je werkt kwaliteitsgericht en denkt verder dan de cijfers alleen.
  • Een ITAA-titel is een mooie troef, maar geen absolute vereiste.
