Ben jij iemand die structuur brengt waar het nodig is, je medewerkers graag ondersteunt en tegelijk jezelf graag vuil maakt met operationele taken? Voor een dynamische logistieke organisatie zoeken we een Accounting Teamlead die de financiële administratie niet alleen op orde heeft, maar ook een klein team coacht en de financiële processen voortdurend verbetert.

Je werkt op de locaties Antwerpen en Schoten in een hybrid model en combineert de best van twee werelden: je voelt je thuis in Excel en SAP, maar geeft je ook energie van het begeleiden van collega's. Dit is een rol voor iemand die structuur en orde waardeert, maar weet dat achter elke goed gesloten boekhouding mensen zitten die ondersteuning en duidelijkheid nodig hebben. Je rapporteert aan management en bent de spin in het web van het financiële bewustzijn.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Uitvoeren van gerichte controles op de leveranciersboekhouding en zorgen voor nauwkeurigheid
  • Brengen, bewaken en continu verbeteren van financiële structuur en processen
  • Opvolgen, begeleiden en coachen van één medewerker binnen het finance team met aandacht voor hun groei
  • Beheren van de klantenboekhouding en actief debiteurenbeheer uitvoeren
  • Zorgen voor nauwkeurige en tijdige maandelijks/jaarlijkse afsluitingen
  • Rapporteren aan management met helderheid over financiële prestaties en risico's
  • Actief meedenken en initiatieven nemen voor optimalisatie van de financiële organisatie
  • Werken vanuit de locaties Antwerpen en Schoten met flexibele mogelijkheden
  • Balans behouden tussen je 70% operationele taken en 30% leidinggevende verantwoordelijkheden
  • Een bachelordiploma in Finance, Accountancy of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare accounting of finance functie
  • Proactieve houding met het vermogen structuur aan te brengen en initiatief te nemen
  • Stevige persoonlijkheid: communicatief zeer sterk, pragmatisch en resultaatgericht
  • Vaardigheid om collega's te begeleiden en feedback te geven op een constructieve manier
  • Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een troef
  • Sterke affiniteit met SAP, AX en Excel, je voelt je thuis in data en rapportages
  • Aandacht voor detail en het vermogen het overzicht te bewaren in drukke periodes
  • Volledig beschikbaar voor fulltime werk met bereidheid tot flexibele opstelling
