Voor een sterk groeiende internationale organisatie in de automotive sector zoeken we een Teamlead Atelier voor Oudenaarde. In deze functie combineer je jouw technische ervaring met people management en krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over de dagelijkse werking van het atelier. Je staat dicht bij jouw team, bewaakt de kwaliteit van elke job en zorgt ervoor dat klanten met een gerust gevoel weer de baan op kunnen. Tegelijk krijg je de ruimte om processen te verbeteren, collega's te coachen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen het atelier.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid, orde en netheid op de werkvloer.
  • Coachen, motiveren en begeleiden van monteurs.
  • Fungeren als technisch voorbeeld voor het team en zelf instaan voor complexe montages wanneer nodig.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles samen met klanten.
  • Behandelen van klantklachten en opvolgen van schadegevallen.
  • Beheren van de voorraad en controleren van het gemeenschappelijke gereedschap.
  • Bijspringen bij administratieve taken wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.
  • Signaleren van verbeterpunten en actief bijdragen aan een efficiëntere werking.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Market Leader en werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen de organisatie.

Je bent technisch sterk, maar haalt minstens evenveel voldoening uit het begeleiden en motiveren van mensen.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Ervaring in de automotive sector binnen een technische functie.
  • Sterke communicatieve en peoplemanagementvaardigheden.
  • Het vermogen om een team te motiveren en mee te nemen in doelstellingen.
  • Een resultaatgerichte en kwaliteitsbewuste ingesteldheid.
  • Een organisatorische en probleemoplossende aanpak.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit: zien wat moet gebeuren en het ook effectief aanpakken.
  • Een leergierige en open houding.
  • Een sterke focus op veiligheid en klantentevredenheid.
  • Bereidheid om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken wanneer nodig.
