Dan is deze vacature echt iets voor jou! - Doetinchem, Arnhem - Fulltime Jij als Teamlead Als Teamlead bij Covadis geef je, samen met de technisch expert, leiding aan een developmentteam van 6 tot 10 mensen en zorgen jullie dat alles zo soepel mogelijk draait. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning en bepaalt wie binnen het team waaraan werkt. De product owner houd je op de hoogte van de uitvoering. Die weet wat er bij de klant speelt en bepaalt wat voorgaat, dus als de sprint vol zit ben jij degene die op tijd aangeeft dat er gekozen moet worden. We werken met vaste teams, zodat je als team naadloos met elkaar samenwerkt en groeit onder jouw leiding. Je werkt aan diverse projecten en levert voor elk project weer de beste software. Daar krijgen wij energie van: in ieder project in de verschillende domeinen de best passende software leveren. En omdat je je mensen goed kent, ben jij hun eerste aanspreekpunt: je voert de ontwikkelgesprekken en je voelt als eerste wanneer er iets speelt. In de begeleiding daarvan trek je samen op met HR. Goede software begint bij een team dat weet wat ze moeten bouwen en waarom. Samen met de Technisch Expert ben jij daar verantwoordelijk voor. Jij zorgt dat het functioneel duidelijk is wat het team moet maken. De technisch expert is verantwoordelijk voor de technische oplossingen. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat features binnen de afgesproken tijd worden opgeleverd en dat de kwaliteit voldoet aan de hoge standaarden die we daarvoor hebben.
