De functie inhoud Als Teamlead Commerciële Binnendienst in Aalter ben jij de schakel tussen klanten, vertegenwoordigers en jouw team. Je zorgt dat alles intern op rolletjes loopt en dat klanten de service krijgen die ze verdienen:

  • Jij fungeert als centrale contactpersoon voor klanten en begeleidt hen van A tot Z bij hun bestellingen, vragen en opvolging.
  • In samenwerking met een toegewezen vertegenwoordiger beheer je een vaste regio en bouw je duurzame relaties op met klanten en prospecten.
  • Met enthousiasme coach en motiveer je een team, waarbij je zorgt voor een positieve werksfeer en een efficiënte samenwerking.
  • Je ondersteunt de commerciële processen: van offertes en prijsafspraken tot orderverwerking en het vinden van oplossingen bij voorraadproblemen.
  • Klachtenbehandeling en transportopvolging neem jij nauwgezet ter harte, waarbij je zorgt voor heldere rapportage en een correcte afhandeling.
  • Tot slot denk je actief mee over optimalisaties die de binnendienst versterken en verder ontwikkelen tot een klantgerichte, commerciële spil.
