JOUW ROL Bij CEVA Logistics zijn we op zoek naar een Teamlead Corporate Recruitment. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige recruitmentproces binnen jouw vakgebied: van de intake met de hiring manager tot en met de salarisonderhandeling en uiteindelijke aanname van de kandidaat. Je treedt op als strategisch sparringspartner, adviseert proactief over de recruitmentaanpak, signaleert kansen en stuurt op resultaat en kwaliteit. Samen met de hiring managers werk je toe naar één gezamenlijk doel: het aantrekken van de juiste talenten voor onze organisatie. Naast je verantwoordelijkheid voor recruitment, geef je leiding aan een team van drie recruiters en speel je een belangrijke rol in projecten gericht op het verbeteren en professionaliseren van recruitmentprocessen, systemen en werkwijzen. Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met collega's binnen het Benelux recruitmentteam en met internationale recruitment collega's aan diverse projecten. Denk hierbij aan het implementeren van een nieuw ATS, het verbeteren van recruitmentdata en het verhogen van de efficiëntie en kwaliteit van onze processen. Bij CEVA Logistics staat continuous improvement centraal, waardoor je niet alleen impact maakt met je hires, maar ook bijdraagt aan de verdere professionalisering van recruitment binnen CEVA.
