The posting

  • Aansturen, coachen en ondersteunen van het credit & collections team in de dagelijkse werking.
  • Actief meewerken binnen het operationele incassoproces en fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor complexe dossiers.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit en consistentie van de opvolging.
  • Analyseren van betaalgedrag en opvolgen van KPI’s zoals DSO, ageing en disputen.
  • Initiëren en implementeren van procesverbeteringen en optimalisaties.
  • Behandelen van escalaties en uitwerken van structurele oplossingen.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met Sales, Customer Service en Finance om dossiers efficiënt af te handelen.

Must haves

  • Masterdiploma in een financiële, economische of bedrijfskundige richting.
  • Ongeveer 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen Collections, Credit Control of een gelijkaardige financiële rol.
  • Aantoonbare interesse in leidinggeven, met ervaring of duidelijke ambitie om die rol op te nemen.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, met een evenwicht tussen klantgerichtheid en daadkracht.
  • Analytisch inzicht en affiniteit met KPI’s, rapportering en procesverbetering.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit en sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Professionele kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels.

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring in een internationale of complexe organisatie.
  • Kennis van ERP- of credit management systemen.
  • Basiskennis van Duits.
  • Ervaring met change- of verbetertrajecten.
