Als Teamlead Customer Knowledge übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle im Aufbau eines modernen Wissens- und Informationssystems für Microtronics. Du sorgst dafür, dass Fachwissen, Produktinformationen und Erfahrungswerte aus allen Bereichen so aufbereitet werden, dass unsere Kunden und Kolleg:innen schneller zu guten Entscheidungen kommen - unterstützt durch moderne Tools bis hin zu KI-basierten Lösungen. Damit trägst du wesentlich dazu bei, dass wir unseren Ansprechpartnern für sie relevantes Microtronics - Wissen laufend aktuell zur Verfügung stellen können.

Ab sofort suchen wir 1 Teamlead Customer Knowledge (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben

* Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung einer klaren, praxisnahen Wissensstruktur für Produkte, Prozesse und Anwendungen

* Du kommunizierst aktiv in das Team, priorisierst und verplanst den Ressourceneinsatz, steuerst und betreust Projekte im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich

* Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Support, Produktmanagement & Engineering, um internes Expertenwissen verständlich aufzubereiten

* Erstellung und Pflege von Produktdokumentationen, Leitfäden und Trainingsmaterialien

* Weiterentwicklung der Microtronics Academy (z. Schulungsunterlagen, Videos, Tutorials)

* Aufbau einer Wissensbasis, die später über moderne Tools oder KI zielgerichtet an Kunden ausgespielt werden kann

* Etablierung klarer Prozesse, wie Wissen gesammelt, geprüft und aktuell gehalten wird

* Unterstützung des Unternehmens bei der Skalierung (z. internationale Märkte, Tochtergesellschaften)

Was du mitbringst

* Erfahrung in technischer Dokumentation, Wissensmanagement, Training /Academy oder einer ähnlichen Rolle

* Freude daran, komplexe technische Themen einfach und verständlich aufzubereiten

* Gute Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit

* Technisches Verständnis im Bereich Hard- und Software

* Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Blick für Qualität

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse - weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil

* Erste Führungserfahrung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt (KV Metall Gewerbe) beträgt EUR 3.800 brutto monatlich, bei 38,5 Wochenstunden. Basierend auf deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung vereinbaren wir dein tatsächliches Gehalt gemeinsam im Laufe des Bewerbungsprozesses.
