Voor een toonaangevende douanepartner in Antwerpen zijn we op zoek naar een Teamleider Douane die een hecht team van declaranten aanstuurt, coacht en dagelijks inspireert om het beste uit zichzelf te halen.

Je komt terecht in een warme en mensgerichte omgeving waar samenwerking, expertise en vertrouwen de basis vormen van alles wat we doen. Geen logge structuren of eindeloze vergaderingen, maar een team dat elkaar kent, ondersteunt en samen bouwt aan kwaliteit. Een functie voor iemand die energie haalt uit mensen begeleiden, die zelf de handen uit de mouwen steekt én die zijn of haar douanestempel wil drukken op een groeiende afdeling.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Verdelen, opvolgen en bewaken van binnenkomende opdrachten binnen het team
  • Superviseren van aangiftes, documenten en opvolging in interne systemen
  • Actief meewerken aan import-, export- en transitdossiers
  • Opleiden, coachen en ondersteunen van nieuwe en bestaande medewerkers in nauw overleg met de training coördinator en jobcoaches
  • Opvolgen van vragen vanuit claims & compliance, boekhouding en interne teams
  • Organiseren van overlegmomenten en actief bijdragen aan een positieve teamsfeer
  • Zorgen dat kennis up-to-date blijft en gedeeld wordt binnen de afdeling
  • Helpen oplossen van complexere dossiers en meedenken over verbeteringen
  • Aantoonbare ervaring als douanedeclarant of als teamleider in een vergelijkbare rol, klaar voor een functie met people management verantwoordelijkheid
  • Communicatief sterk en energie halen uit het begeleiden en coachen van collega's
  • Positief ingesteld, oplossingsgericht en nauwkeurig
  • Klantgericht en flexibel meedenken
  • Vlot met IT-systemen zoals Excel, OLS en douane-applicaties
  • Stressbestendig en helder in communicatie
  • Graag collega's motiveren en mee bouwen aan een sterke douaneafdeling
