Heb je enkele jaren ervaring als E&I-technieker in de industrie en kijk je uit naar een volgende stap als leidinggevende? Zin om een tof team techniekers mee te nemen op sleeptouw? Voor onze elektrotechnische projecten in de industrie zijn we op zoek naar een teamleader E&I voor de regio Antwerpen.

Als teamlead E&I neem je de verantwoordelijkheid over de organisatie en coördinatie van diverse elektrotechnische werkzaamheden. Je staat samen met jouw team in voor het installeren, testen, in bedrijf stellen en onderhouden van systemen, apparatuur en installaties in procesgebonden installaties (industrie), zowel in onderhoudssituaties als in projecten.

Wat ga je zoal doen als (meewerkend) Ploegbaas E&I?

  • Je stuurt verschillende operationele E&I-technici aan en verdeelt de uit te voeren werkzaamheden;
  • Je neemt waar nodig zelf deel aan uitvoering van projecten;
  • Je staat in voor de aanvragen vanwerkvergunningen en opvolging van toolboxmeetings;
  • Je houdt je bezig met het bijhouden van werktekeningen, kwaliteitsplannen, planningen, veiligheidseisen en begrotingen.

Wat breng je mee in ons team?

  • Je hebt een afgeronde relevante BSO, TSO of hogere opleiding in de richting Elektrotechniek
  • Kandidaten met enige leidinggevende ervaring hebben een plus
  • Je bent bekend met geldende voorschriften m.b.t. Veiligheid, Gezondheid, Welzijn en Milieu en hebt een VCA-VOL
  • Je kan plan lezen in Eplan en bent vertrouwd met elektrische dossiers
  • Besluitvaardigheid is je kenmerk, je weet de juiste prioriteiten te stellen en je straalt vertrouwen uit
  • Je hebt een proactieve houding, geeft het goede voorbeeld en je luistert naar je collega's
  • Organisatorisch vermogen en stressbestendigheid zijn een absolute must
