Dan is deze functie als Teamlead Facility & Onderhoud misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging.

Jouw functie

Als Teamlead Facility & Onderhoud ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie en opvolging van de onderhouds- en facility werkzaamheden. Je stuurt een team van onderhoudstechniekers aan en zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden efficiënt, veilig en correct worden uitgevoerd.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Dagelijks aansturen en begeleiden van de onderhoudstechniekers;
  • Plannen en organiseren van onderhoudswerken;
  • Prioriteiten bepalen en de voortgang van werkzaamheden opvolgen;
  • Afspraken en werkzaamheden bewaken en bijsturen waar nodig;
  • Opvolgen en beheren van technische dossiers;
  • Contact onderhouden met leveranciers en externe partners;
  • Meewerken aan een veilige, nette en goed functionerende werkomgeving;
  • Zelf de handen uit de mouwen steken wanneer de situatie dit vraagt;
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen onderhoud en facility.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die technische kennis kan combineren met een sterk organisatorisch vermogen.

Je herkent jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond en relevante ervaring binnen onderhoud, facility of een technische omgeving;
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van bijvoorbeeld mechanica en/of elektriciteit;
  • Je kan goed plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen;
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van collega's of beschikt over sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden;
  • Je bent hands-on en bent niet bang om zelf mee te werken;
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en volgt gemaakte afspraken nauwgezet op;
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kan vlot samenwerken met collega's, leveranciers en externe partners;
  • Veiligheid, orde en kwaliteit vind je belangrijk;
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en denkt oplossingsgericht.
