Binnen Vebego Service & Expertise (VSE), het Shared Service Center van Vebego, zoeken wij een Teamlead Financiële Administratie die samen met het team zorgt voor een betrouwbare, efficiënte en toekomstbestendige financiële dienstverlening aan meerdere interne klanten en bedrijfsonderdelen. In deze rol speel je een belangrijke rol in het leveren van hoogwaardige service, het optimaliseren van processen en het versterken van de klantgerichte dienstverlening binnen onze Shared Service-organisatie. Dit ga je doen Als Teamlead Financiële Administratie geef je dagelijks leiding aan een team van financiële professionals. Je zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden soepel verlopen, doelstellingen worden gerealiseerd en collega's zich kunnen ontwikkelen. Daarbij ben je niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor de operationele aansturing, maar speel je ook een belangrijke rol in continue verbetering, advisering en het vertalen van beleid naar de praktijk. In jouw rol als Teamlead Financiële Administratie: - Geef je leiding aan het team en coach je medewerkers in hun ontwikkeling en prestaties; - Zorg je voor een optimale bezetting, verzuimbegeleiding en uitvoering van de gesprekscyclus; - Draag je bij aan de begroting en bewaak je de financiële en operationele prestaties van de afdeling; - Signaleer en analyseer je afwijkingen, risico's en verbeterkansen; - Vertaal je ontwikkelingen in de organisatie, markt en wet- ...
