Voor een toonaangevende retailer met een sterke naamsbekendheid is Synergie op zoek naar een Teamlead Grafische Vormgeving. In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je jouw creatieve talent met coördinatie en strategisch inzicht. Je bewaakt de visuele identiteit van het merk, inspireert je collega's en zorgt ervoor dat elke communicatie-uiting perfect aansluit bij de commerciële doelstellingen.

Als Teamlead Grafische Vormgeving ben je het creatieve aanspreekpunt binnen het marketingteam en werk je nauw samen met de marketingverantwoordelijke.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • De commerciële strategie vertalen naar een sterke visuele communicatiestrategie.
  • Twee grafische collega's begeleiden en ondersteunen in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
  • Actief meewerken aan uiteenlopende grafische projecten, zowel voor print als digitale communicatie.
  • Aantrekkelijke promotiecampagnes, POS-materiaal, winkelcommunicatie, signing, banners en andere visuele uitingen ontwikkelen.
  • De huisstijl bewaken en zorgen voor een consistente merkbeleving over alle communicatiekanalen.
  • De planning nauwgezet opvolgen en zorgen dat deadlines steeds worden gehaald.
  • Actief meedenken over nieuwe communicatietools, innovatieve POS-oplossingen en efficiëntere interne processen.
  • Regelmatig de verschillende vestigingen bezoeken om de kwaliteit en correcte plaatsing van de winkelcommunicatie op te volgen.
  • Bij voorkeur heb je enkele jaren ervaring als grafisch designer en ben je klaar voor een coördinerende rol.
  • Je combineert creativiteit met een sterk organisatorisch vermogen.
  • Een uitstekende kennis van grafische vormgeving en branding is een must.
  • Je bewaakt moeiteloos een huisstijl en hebt oog voor detail.
  • In het Nederlands én Frans communiceer je vlot.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, neemt initiatief en weet collega's op een positieve manier te begeleiden.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig naar nieuwe trends binnen grafische communicatie, retail en marketing.
