Wir suchen eine*n engagierte*n Teamlead HR-Operations & Payroll zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Bürostandort in 1030 Wien, Vollzeit, 38,5 Std - Mitarbeitende arbeiten im Hybridmodus

* Führung, Steuerung und Entwicklung des Teams HR-Operations & Payroll entsprechend den Unternehmenszielen und -vorgaben * Weiterentwicklung von effizienten, serviceorientierten Prozessen inkl. Dokumentation / Erstellung von Richtlinien sowie Sicherstellung einer hochwertigen und termingerechten Gehaltsverrechnung * Verantwortung über die Einhaltung aller geltenden Gesetze und Compliance Richtlinien, sowie etwaige Anpassung bzw. Weiterentwicklung von internen Prozessen, welche die Einhaltung sicherstellen * Beratung von Mitarbeiter*innen und Führungskräften bei arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen und Payroll-relevanten Themenstellungen * Aufbereitung und Erstellung diverser Auswertungen und Berichte * Operative Verantwortung für das Thema Compensation & Benefits, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem*der Head of HR * Mitarbeit bei der Durchführung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung (Angestellte und Arbeiter*innen) * Übergeordnete Gesamtverantwortung über die Vollständigkeit & Korrektheit des Personalstamms * Verantwortung über die Erstellung und Prüfung von dienstvertraglichen Dokumenten * Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit relevanten internen Stakeholdern (national und international) sowie Mitarbeit an HR-Projekten * Übernahme einer System-Admin / Key-User Rolle für unsere Personalsoftware (Oracle & DPW)

Qualifikationen * Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Matura, Studium) * Erfolgreich absolvierte Ausbildung im Bereich Personalverrechnung * Fundierte Kenntnisse im österreichischen Arbeitsrecht (vorzugsweise mit Arbeitsrechts-Diplom) * Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Personalverrechnung (Arbeiter*innen und Angestellte) sowie in der HR-Operations * Führungserfahrung (im Konzernumfeld) von Vorteil * Technisches Verständnis bzw. Interesse, idealerweise Erfahrung in einer System-Admin / Key-User Rolle * Sehr gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office (insbesondere Excel), Erfahrung mit DPW und Oracle von Vorteil) * Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift C2 Niveau * Englischkenntnisse (Level B oder C) in Wort und Schrift * Teamorientierte, kommunikative und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit * Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise * Ausgeprägte Leistungsbereitschaft, Hands-on Mentalität
