Wat ga je doen Als teamlead informatieanalisten geef je richting aan een team van ongeveer 18 informatieanalisten en key users. Onze analisten vertalen zorgprocessen en gebruikersbehoeften naar oplossingen voor het ontwikkelteam. Key users brengen praktijkkennis in, testen functionaliteit en zorgen dat documentatie en trainingen aansluiten op de dagelijkse praktijk van zorgverleners. Daarbij werken zij in multidisciplinaire productteams met developers, testers en product managers. Daar helpen zij complexe vraagstukken te structureren en vertalen naar oplossingen in het product. In deze rol combineer je coaching met inhoudelijk leiderschap. Je helpt teamleden groeien in hun vak, versterkt hun rol binnen de productteams en blijft zelf betrokken bij complexe analysevraagstukken. Je bent daarom een vakinhoudelijke leider die het analysevak binnen Sanday verder ontwikkelt en dicht op de inhoud blijft.
