Als Teamlead IT Support & Beheer speel je hierin een sleutelrol. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze IT-dienstverlening soepel verloopt, teams effectief samenwerken en processen continu worden verbeterd. Je geeft leiding aan het team IT Support en Beheer, vertaalt ambities naar concrete resultaten en bouwt mee aan een stabiele, veilige en klantgerichte IT-omgeving. Zo draag je direct bij aan de digitale werkervaring van onze klanten (werkgevers en werknemers) en de collega's door heel Nederland. Je zorgt ervoor dat incidenten, wijzigingen en supportvragen effectief worden afgehandeld en dat gebruikers kunnen vertrouwen op een stabiele digitale werkomgeving.
